This is a pack of 30 hi-res broken glass brushes with 4K alpha maps. These brushes are uniquely designed and optimized for ZBrush. The alpha maps can also be used in other applications outside ZBrush for example in 3DCoat, Blender or Substance. The alpha maps of the complete pack are in JPEG, PSD, TIFF and PNG formats. But the alphas in the free package are in PSD and PNG formats only.
A wide variety of cracked glass patterns can be sculpted with this pack which can be used further in making models and textures for PBR materials used in games and/or various 3D scenes and environments with old, scratched and damaged glass surfaces. Each glass fracture pattern is extremely detailed and realistic. They are perfect for generating damaged glass suitable for any old rustic or destroyed environments like war zone, abandoned or post-apocalyptic ruins. The complete pack contains a wide variety of damage patterns starting from circular, cobweb and linear damages to noise, scratches and bullet holes. They are ideal for quickly creating shattered glass effects.
Important Notes:
This item is created in ZBrush R8. The ZBrush brushes are not tested in versions older than R8. But this is only about the brushes, not the Alphas. All the Alphas are version-independent.
